Eaglehawk Capital is a merger and acquisitions firm focussed on mid-sized privately owned Australian businesses. Founded by Josh Coull, Eaglehawk offer a details oriented approach and secures clients the optimum outcome, for not only price but also terms. Eaglehawk Capital stand apart from others in the M&A space through our level of service which sees us being available to our clients 24/7 even after the deal is finished.
To represent Eaglehawk’s holistic approach a graphic style was developed made of complete black circles, that combine with other circles to form shapes. The logo is comprised of six circles stacked in a triangular form, representing a whole unit. The simple mark is symmetrical and perfectly balanced, reflecting Eaglehawk’s logic and detailed approach.
From the start it was made clear that Eaglehawk Capital was not to look like a typical M&A firm. By using a muted colour palette and geometric inspired type allowed for the brand identity to feel professional but not conservative. By combining the illustrations made from black circles with the colours and type a distinct visual style was developed that was then applied across applications from PowerPoint document, stationery and website.
