Modern House Estate Agents is Australia’s only estate agency specialising in the sale of Modernist, Mid-Century and contemporary architect-designed houses. They approached us to redefine their online presence through their website. With each house listed for sale, Modern House  research the house and its architect, producing a monograph that documents the history and design logic of the house, along with plans and commentary and a bio of the architect. The effort and care Modern House was putting into their offline communications wasn’t being translated to online. Starting from a blank slate we worked together to re-imagine how their brilliant content could be delivered online.
